Getting paid: when a buyer checks out, Stripe processes the card payment and confirms it via webhook before ownership is recorded — you can track each sale in your dashboard's payment history.
Bids: collectors can also place a bid on a listed piece; bids don't charge automatically, they're a starting point for a conversation via the Contact page.
